Thunderbird leaders leave

It looks like both of Thunderbird’s core developers, Scott MacGregor and David Bienvenu, leave the Mozilla Corporation just after the creation of the new Thunderbird Mail Corporation.
This is strange, and I don’t really see them abandoning their “baby”. I smell a non-corporate-backed fork soon, bringing in fresh blood to our “competition”! ;-)
